Warranty
Gen Start products are warrantied against manufacturing defects one year from the date of original purchase to the original purchaser. Any part which is deemed to show evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer’s instructions, tampered with and/or subject to improper handling, packaging or return shipping by the customer, will not be eligible for exchange or warranty consideration. Warranty does not extend to replacement items. Gen Start does not cover any shipping costs related to warranty items or returns; these are the responsibility of the consumer. Gen Start is not responsible for any labour cost for maintenance, removal or reinstallation or any consequential damages of any kind. Gen Start tests all products prior to shipping.
